Premium performance adhesive designed for high speed extrusion applications typically found in cigarette and envelope markets.

Meets composition requirements of US FDA 21CFR175.105 “Indirect Food Additives: Adhesives and Components of Coatings”.

Typical Properties:

Appearance: White.
Odour: Typical slight vinyl odour when wet. Dries odourless.
Viscosity: Approx. 500 cP at 23°C
Solids: Approx. 53 %
pH: Approx. 4.5

Directions for Use:

AQUENCE ENV 045A is generally applied by extrusion or spray.

The product gives excellent performance on most W&D and F.L. Smythe equipment.

It has excellent machining properties up to 900 epm and will not throw at these high speeds.

Clean Up: With water whilst wet.

Shelf Life: Best used within 6 months from date of manufacture when stored under the above conditions in the original unopened containers.
